Bryan & Sarah :: Engaged

Bryan & Sarah were guests at a wedding that the hubs and I shot last year and we were thrilled when they contacted us after getting engaged themselves last Christmas. We met up with them at the home that Bryan grew up in that just happened to have them most killer view of Monadnock from the front porch... amazing! The perfect pair were joined by their absolutely adorable Old English Bulldog, Mila, and all three were a total pleasure to work with. We are so happy for them and can't even express how excited we are for their beautiful backyard wedding next June :)

I LOVE this family! These 3 little guys have me totally smitten and I just think they're awesome. The energy in these 3 is endless and their excitement is contagious. I found great amusement in them having to be reminded to "stay clean" which they challenged at every opportunity. They are little rough and tough boys, to the core, and it's obvious that they adore their fire-fighting father and are the apple of their gorgeous mother's eye. They were so sweet to me and I am soooo happy that I got to shoot them again! :)

You would never be able to tell by looking at these smiling faces that it was raining and that none of us were even sure we'd be able to take a photo outside!! After making a few attempts to shoot outdoors, only for it to start pouring on us once again (which happened to us 3 or 4 times), the clouds decided to cut us a break. 

I first met Sabrina and Ross in college but had not spoken to them in many years. We kept in touch via Facebook, of course, but had not seen one another since our KSC days. So I was super excited when 

Sabrina and her brother and sister decided that they wanted to have family photos done as a gift for their beautiful mother and they asked me to take them for them. And I had such a blast! This crew made me laugh from the time I got there until I left and I can't even tell you how much I enjoyed being around them all. The children were nothing but angels and they were great sports about the touch'n go weather we had to contend with in the beginning. I can only hope they had as much fun as I did. 

I'd like to thank all of you for giving me the pleasure of spending an evening with you. It was fun, to say the least (and I want to wish Ross & Sabrina a very happy 5th Anniversary :)

Baby Blues

I LOVE this face! This is a shot of my little guy giving me that smile that I just can't seem to get enough of. He's a kind-hearted, mess-making, truck-pushing, dinosaur-impersonating, grunting, rough, tough and tumbley kind of boy who has had my heart since the second I laid my eyes on him. His baby blues just make me melt (and I suspect they always will)! 

I'll love you forever and always, my sweet Bubbie <3
